Step 1: Complete registration form: Fill-in the registration form with the requested data.
Step 2: Choose licence type and select option: Select the type of licence you prefer. If a “yearly licence” (unlimited returns) you will be contacted by our Administrative Department so to agree on the conditions and payment of the licence.
If a “limited licence” (for a certain number of returns) choose one of the possible options.
Step 3: Send form: Confirm that you have read and accepted the RECOVERVAT USER LICENCE and, if you agree, send the registration form by clicking at the button “send”.
You will receive an e-mail from the system confirming your registration as new client and providing you with:
– Your USER and PASSWORD.
– Your LICENCE NUMBER (pending activation).
From this moment you can register into recovervat so to obtain the unique e-mail address generated by system that is to be mentioned in the VAT refund application you want to do the follow-up. WARNING: However, you will not be able to access your files until you pay the fees and the licence is activated. So to avoid problems with dead-lines payment must be made within the 24 hours following the sending of the registration form.
Step 4: Activate the licence: So to activate A “limited licence”: pay the corresponding fee via bank transfer to SOLUCION IGNATIUSJ.R., S.L. at the following bank account, mentioning the licence number you want to activate:
The “limited licence” will not be activated until our Administration Department confirms the payment of the corresponding fee. When this happens you will receive a reception notice with the corresponding invoice.
Activation of the licence will be directly done by our IT Department in case that you choose a “yearly licence”. You will have previously been contacted by our Administrative Department so to agree on the licence fee and conditions of payment.
